
PLEASE NOTE (Important Conditions for Returns):
- If the item has been washed, worn, or covered in animal hair, we cannot accept it for refund or exchange.
- If care instructions are not followed (provided with each order due to the vinyl print requirements), and this results in damage, we cannot refund or replace the item.
- Refunds or exchanges are only possible if the item is returned in immaculate condition, suitable for resale.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, free of odours, pet hair, or stains, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
4. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
